Creating a Coupa Account for the First Time
If this is your first time using Coupa, you'll need to register for an account in the Coupa Supplier Portal. The Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) is a no-cost tool for vendors to easily do business with customers who use Coupa.

Join Coupa
There are two ways a vendor can join Coupa:

Visit the Coupa Supplier Portal and click on Create an Account to begin the registration process. Note that your account will not be linked to Tessera until Tessera sends you an email invitation to connect.

If you already transact with Tessera, Tessera can send you an email invitation for you to join. Click on the Join Coupa button at the bottom of the email to begin the registration process
Tessera requires for all vendors to provide company information, including tax and banking information. If you are not the correct person to provide this information, you can forward the invitation to a colleague by clicking the Forward this invitation button.

Create an Account
To begin the registration process, you will be prompted to:

Provide the Legal Business Name of your company, your First Name and Last Name

Create a Password and Confirm Password

Read and review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

If you agree and accepts the terms, click the checkbox

Next, click on the I'm not a robot box, if applicable

Click Create an Account
If you're the first in your company to register for an account, you'll be assigned Admin privileges and will be responsible for inviting additional users and setting up their privileges. Visit our Adding Users to Your Coupa Account page to learn how.
To provide an extra layer of protection to your account, you can set up Two-Factor Authentication. You can set this up at any time in your account settings.

Take the Tour
Coupa has created a welcome tour for all new users. It is recommended that you click through it to learn all the features that are available to you.

Finish Setting Up Your Account
Once your account has been created, you can finish setting up your account by clicking on the Setup tab from your homepage.
