What is Coupa?

Coupa is a Procure-to-Pay platform that allows organizations to track and manage all spend.

Why is Tessera Transitioning to Coupa?

Coupa allows Tessera to digitally transform the Procurement processes through the use of electronic catalogs, purchase orders and invoices.

What is the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)?

The Coupa Supplier Portal is is a no-cost tool for vendors to easily do business with customers who use Coupa. Through the Coupa Supplier Portal, vendors can view purchase orders, create invoices, and view payment status.

Is it Required for me to Join the Coupa Supplier Portal?

It is not required for you to join the Coupa Supplier Portal. However, we strongly recommend it as it makes the invoicing process a lot more efficient.

Is it a Requirement for me to Complete the Supplier Onboarding Form?

In order for Tessera to onboard you as a supplier in Coupa, the Supplier Onboarding Form must be completed, as it includes legal, tax, bank information etc. For existing suppliers, we ask that you also complete the form as we can't copy information over to our new system from your account for compliance reasons.

Is Tessera Changing their Current Payment Systems and Processes?

Tessera is changing their current invoicing, payment, and associated systems.

We strongly recommend joining the Coupa Supplier Portal to streamline the invoicing process. However, PDF invoices are still accepted. Please contact us directly for more details on this.
